Info on Delivery, Returns and Cancellation

DELIVERY TO THE ROI & UK ONLY

Free delivery on all order over €50 within the Republic of Ireland. Orders under €50 charges at €5 per order to the Republic of Ireland and €8 to Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Currently we do not deliver outside Ireland and the UK. Delivery costs charged at checkout are subject to change!

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually within two working days of an order being placed. If an item is unavailable it will be cancelled and refunded. Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a notification by email and you can expect to receive your goods the next working day in Ireland. Murray Shoes Limited will not be held responsible for any delays incurred during transit. If you need your purchase urgently please contact the shop and we will ensure your order is posted/couriered to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us. Our returns policy states you may return it within 21 days for a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned UNWORN and REPACKED in the original box with all labels attached. Shoes must not be damaged or worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please retain your invoice.

You may return in store or by posting back to the store. Please use the pre-printed address label below. The return postage charge must be paid by you. Please retain proof of postage as Murray Shoes Limited will not be held responsible for goods lost in the post.

If a product is defective or faulty in anyway please contact us immediately and we will organize a replacement to be sent to you and collection of the damaged goods. Any breakages, damages or faults must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. For details of our store returns policy please contact the shop directly.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We can cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods and we will organize a refund (excluding delivery cost). To cancel an order please contact the shop by phone (091 568 437).

ORDER STATUS

When you complete an order, you will receive a confirmation email with us with your order ID.
